Medina County Commissioners Court is planning to authorize $11 million in Certificates of Obligation, on August 24, 2026. The funds are not related in any way to the general budget and are for improvements to the County Courthouse and other County facilities, streets, drainage, sidewalks, utilities, landscaping, and related professional and financing costs.
